RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

NOTE: We can only offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or colour ( stock willing). Exchanges can take up to 5 working days to be processed. If we are unable to exchange the item, due to unavailability, we will email you with an explanation and issue you a credit note which will allow you to purchase a different product on the ZAMIRA-style site for an equivalent value.

Please note you may only make an exchange on the same item once.

Unfortunately we do not provide option of returns for any other reason other than damaged goods, but we do allow exchanges. Although we are very thorough in checking all items before we dispatch, if you do receive a damaged item, please inform us within 24 hours by email to customercare@zamira-style.com quoting your Order Number, the description of damage and an image if possible.

WITHIN THE UAE Once customers from the UAE email us at customercare@zamira-style.com with the above information and the request is received, our customer care representative will confirm with you within two working days & dispatch a courier to collect the items within 72hrs. This will be done for FREE and without any cost to the customer. Once we receive the items back at our facility, they will be thoroughly checked and exchanged (stock willing) or if the product is unavailable a credit note of the equivalent value will be issued to you or deposited into your account.

 

 GCC CUSTOMERS: Please contact us at customercare@zamira-style.com with the above information. Couriering of items back to us will be at the customers cost. We would recommend using a known courier company such as ARAMEX, DHL and FEDEX. Once we receive the items back at our facility, they will be checked and exchanged at the same delivery fee (stock willing) or if the product is unavailable a credit note of the equivalent value will be issued to you or deposited  into your account.

Once we receive this information a customer care representative will contact you for replacing the item free of charge. If the item is not available in stock we will provide you with a credit note that can be used on ZAMIRA-style.com at any time within 6 months.

Any custom duty that is charged is the responsibility of the receiver and ZAMIRA-style.com takes no responsibility of any local duty and custom charges of your country/city.

Other Reasons of return:

UAE : Customers within the UAE will not be charged any additional fees for Returns and Exchanges. Our courier company will come and collect the products and provide the exchange piece free of cost.

Concerning returns our courier company will come and collect the product from you and your cash will be returned, your credit card will be credited or a credit note will be deposited into your account depending on your preference.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Doha, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.

Once the order is received, the item is immediately prepared and dispatched accordingly depending on the order & address, via a number of courier companies used by ZAMIRA style.

When an order is shipped, any and all costs incurred related to customs duty, clearance charges or any other local fees will be the responsibility of the customer or the receiver of the order.

If the items are returned for exchange purposes, the import duty or any other customs clearance charges will again have to be paid by the customer or the receiver of the order.

We recommend that you speak to your local customs authority for further details prior to placing an order on ZAMIRA style.

After logging into your Account, Click on 'My Orders' to view and keep track of the status of your order.

All items are checked carefully before being dispatched, but if for any reason there is an issue and you receive the incorrect product please contact our customer care representative at - customercare@zamira-style.com

Our agent will get back to you & send you a replacement item within two working days.

The courier service will call you to arrange a fixed drop off time. If there are some scheduling issues you can organise with the courier at the time, your own method of drop off, whether it be with a neighbor or a safe drop off site.

However any instructions left for the courier/driver are only requests and are not guaranteed. If no one is available to collect the goods, they shall be returned back to us and redelivered only after confirmation with you and at your own expense. This only applies if the goods have already been paid for.

We take delivering your order to you very seriously and try to organise a safe and speedy drop off in accordance with your needs. But if for some reason you miss the order, it will be delivered back to our facility and an email will be sent to you regarding the matter. The order will then be redelivered after confirmation with you and at your own expense. This applies to all goods paid or not.

After confirming your purchase, your date of delivery should be on the order confirmation email. If your product does not arrive within 2 days of making the order please email customercare@zamira-style.com stating your Order number and contact details. Our customer care agent will follow up with you within two working days.

PAYEMENT

We offer three available payment methods

Option one: Cash on delivery payment method: When receiving the product, cash shall be accepted by our courier service. ( For UAE customers only)

Option two: Credit Card payment via VISA, MasterCard, American Express Discover, JCB, Switch/Maestro and Solo

Option three: PayPal payment method, where the necessary funds shall be withdrawn from your PayPal account.

If an item has been returned due to damage or if for any reason you have outstanding money due with ZAMIRA-STYLE.com, the exact amount is converted into store credit, which is issued to you in the form of a Credit Note. All credit notes are valid up to 3 months from the issue date. Credit notes may be viewed from the My Account area and will also show up during the last page of the Check Out process so you may redeem the credit to help pay for the order.

A gifts and reward system created by ZAMIRA enabling our customers to buy and give these cards to friends and family in exchange for ZAMIRA products. Each gift card has a certain value which is valid for a certain amount of time ( It will be specified on all options of gift cards, available to buy)

We also reward these very special Gift cards to our valued & loyal customers. Gift Cards may be viewed from the My Account area and will also show up during the last page of the Check Out process so you may redeem the gift to help pay for the order.

If you have a discount voucher ( please check if your voucher is still valid !) you will be able to add your code in to the 'enter promo code' box located in your 'Shopping Bag', before continuing to the checkout phase.

Unfortunately we do not currently offer the service of offering more than one discount code per order.

NAVIGATION & ORDERING

After searching through our various products click on the product that you wish to purchase. Assure you have selected the correct colour, size & quantity ( please refer to our sizing chart in order to gain an accurate measurement & size for yourself).

Either 'Add to Shopping Bag'  where you can 'view your bag & checkout' or if you wish to shop more click 'Continue Shopping' by selecting the icon at the bottom of the product page.

If  you selected 'View bag & Check out' this will lead you to your 'Shopping Bag' where you are able to review all your selected items and their details.

Once all the details have been checked and you are certain no changes need to be made to any of the products. Click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' icon located at the bottom of the table. This will lead you to the 'Check out' page where we required your personal and delivery information as well as payment details. Once again you will be able to 'Review your order' in the table located at the bottom of the page and when satisfied, click on 'Proceed to Checkout' to finalize your order payment.

There is a shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the website page, which enables you to review exactly what is in your shopping bag, the price and the details of each product.  

During the checkout process there will be a 'Review your order' table located at the bottom of the 'Check Out' page  containing your selected items along with the price and details of each product. Please double check and assure all selected items are correct. If you wish you edit any of these items there is a 'Edit your bag' feature above the 'Proceed to checkout' icon which will lead you to your bag in order to make any changes.

Due to the delivery process being fast pace, we care unable to make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.

However you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead. You can cancel your order by emailing us at customercare@zamira-style.com with your cancellation request, as soon as possible after making your purchase and we will try our best to accommodate your request, but unfortunately with no guarantee.

We would never want to send you something that does not fit you properly, so you can access the 'Size chart' button located on each of the product pages.

You are able to change your details by clicking onto the 'Log in' icon at the top right corner of the site. Enter the required details and you will then access your account. In order to change any details click on the desired section you wish to alter.

If you wish to alter your personal & delivery details please click on 'Account Information' select the detail you wish to change and click on 'Edit Detail'.
