Returns & Exchanges

 

All labels must be attached to the item if you wish to return or exchange. If the label is for any reason removed, unfortunately we are not able to accept the item back

 

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Please email customercare@zamira-style.com with the below information within 24 hours of receiving the item & our customer care representative will follow up with you within two working days.

EXCHANGES PROCEDURE

Please email customercare@zamira-style.com with the below information within one week of receiving the item & our customer care representative will follow up with you within two working days.

The reason for exchange (i.e Size, colour):
Product name & Product code you wish to exchange with:


NOTE: We can only offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or colour ( stock willing). Exchanges can take up to 5 working days to be processed. If we are unable to exchange the item, due to unavailability, we will email you with an explanation and issue you a credit note which will allow you to purchase a different product on the ZAMIRA-style site for an equivalent value.
Please note you may only make an exchange on the same item once.

 

UAE CUSTOMERS

Customers from the UAE can simply email us at customercare@zamira-style.com with the above information. Once we receive this request, our customer care representative will confirm with you within two working days & dispatch a courier to collect the items within 72hrs. This will be done for FREE and without any cost to the customer. Once we receive the items back at our facility, they will be thoroughly checked and exchanged (stock willing) or if the product is unavailable a credit note of the equivalent value will be issued to you or deposited into your account.

 

GCC CUSTOMERS

Please contact us at customercare@zamira-style.com with the above information. Courier of items back to us will be at the customers cost. We would recommend using a known courier company such as ARAMEX, DHL and FEDEX. Once we receive the items back at our facility, they will be checked and exchanged at the same delivery fee (stock willing) or if the product is unavailable a credit note of the equivalent value will be issued to you or deposited  into your account.

 

INTERNATIONAL

Unfortunately we are not shipping  globally as of yet. But never say never, so stay tuned and visit the ZAMIRA blog and Fashpiration pages  which are available to all you worldwide.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

Although we are very thorough in checking all items before we dispatch, if you do receive a damaged item, please inform us within 24 hours by email to customercare@zamira-style.com quoting your Order Number, the description of damage and an image if possible.


Once we receive this information a customer care representative will contact you for replacing the item free of charge. If the item is not available in stock we will provide you with a credit note that can be used on ZAMIRA-style.com at any time within 3 months.


Any custom duty that is charged is the responsibility of the receiver and ZAMIRA-style.com takes no responsibility of any local duty and custom charges of your country/city.

 

OTHER REASON OF RETURN:

Unfortunately we do not provide option of returns for any other reason other than damaged goods, but we do allow exchanges. If you do not wish to exchange with anything straight away, once we receive the product back from you, we shall deposit a credit note into your account, that can be used on ZAMIRA-style.com within 6 months of the issue date.

 

How is your money refunded ?  (Damaged Goods Only)

If your return is accepted based on the terms stated in the above sections, the below options will be applied:
Cash-On-Delivery payment: If you had paid for your order via COD option, you will have a choice of either receiving a Credit Note that will be valid for 6 months to be used on the website OR your cash back within 7 working days.


Paypal: If you have paid for your order using PayPal, a refund will be made back to your PayPal account within 72 hrs. [ Currently Unavailable - Will be implemented January 2015 ]

Credit Card: If you have paid using a Credit Card, a refund will be made back to your credit card. The time taken will dependent on your Credit Card, bank and the regular processing time. [ Currently Unavailable - Will be implemented January 2015 ]

 

What Items Cannot Be Returned?

The items listed below cannot be returned or exchanged. Due to hygeine reasons & the fact that they don't have sizing issues.
